Vacancy Announcement: Training and Development Officer
European College of Kosovo, one of the top higher education institutions in Kosovo, has an exciting opportunity for creative and highly motivated Training and Development Officer who will be responsible for developing and implementing various trainings and development programs.
Responsible for Training and Development Department, candidate it’s responsible for planning, directing, delivering and promoting training and development programmes according to the needs of public and private sectors.
This is a full time job! Working hours: 09:00h – 17:00h
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to deliver programmes to a high quality
- Business awareness and commercially focused.
- Leadership and strong management skills.
- Ability to devise solutions to complex problems.
- Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
- Personally credible with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong influence and negotiation skills.
- Experience of best practice for design, navigation and content
- Excellent editing, copywriting and proof reading skills with high attention to detail and the ability to write in a variety of tones
- Excellent skills of English language,
