The institution has three statutory components for governing and management. Governing Board, Dean and Academic Council. The Governing Board is a statutory body that has the spotlight of the tasks of the institution overall direction and strategic management.
Dean is the principal/responsible of the College, who has the authority and responsibility for academic management of the college and responds the Governing Board. Dean is also the chairman of the Academic Council, which is consisted of the heads of departments and heads of academic support offices.
The College also has another body- The Academic Council, appointed by the Governing Board to assist in the planning, coordination, development and supervision of all academic activities of the institution.
European College of Kosovo has this organization structure:

Organizational units:
Office of Quality Assurance; Development Office; Service of the students; Office of Career Development; Centre of Research; Library.
The basic acts of the College are: Statute; Regulation of Studies in Bachelor and Master Level; Regulation for quality assessment; other regulations in academic and organization fields.
