ECK Student Union is an independent student organization. The operation of the organization is regulated by the ECK SU Statute. Its organization and composition follow the Guidelines of the Kosovo Student Union. The main objective of the organization is to promote academic and personal growth of students, transmit student opinion to ECK governing bodies, promote student participation on academic, research and social activities. SU in cooperation with Student Support Service support Student Clubs.
The ECK SU is a representative body based on election procedure. Its organization include the following structures: Student Union President, Student Council, Student Assembly, Department Representative, Class Representative. Students through democratic voting procedure select three Class Representative. Department representatives are proposed by Class Representatives. Student Council consists of all department representatives. Student Assembly includes all class representatives. The President of the Student Union is elected through a competitive democratic election process.
Student Union Representatives are represented in the College in the following bodies: Governing Board (President of SU), Academic Council (Vice-President for Academic Affairs), Quality Management Council (SU Vice-President for Quality Assurance), Ethics Committee (SU Secretary General), Programme Boards (SU department representatives) and other Working Groups.
Students’Clubs.
Within the European College of Kosovo, operate a number of student clubs, which, in coordination with the Student Parliament, organize the students' academic life.
-Club for young researchers (YRC)
-Young Leaders Club - "European Leaders"
-Small football club "ECK"
-The club of volunteer students for community (ECK Charity Club)
-The basketball club "ECK".
