The Training Centre of the European College of Kosovo by analyzing the current situation and wanting to contribute to the education of young people in Kosovo organizes training for "Legal Practice”
The combined modules from areas:
1. Criminal Law.
2. Civil Law.
The training Goals:
- To help students and young lawyers to make legal practice that they lack, to know and learn all practical legal affairs, to know the job market where you will work and to help in their training for employment as soon as possible in job market.
- To help the creation of a new generation of professionally skilled lawyers to compete in the job market.
- To advance the professional skills of lawyers who are employed but need legal practice.
- To advance the skills and techniques of drafting legal acts and documents on the criminal, civil, economic, administrative, etc.
The methodology of training:
- "Legal Practice" is built according to suggestions and interests of the former and market needs in Kosovo and beyond. Component parts of training are consolidated as in their content also in delivering lasting results that directly affect their employment or career advancement.
- Training will be a combination of legal practice from fields of criminal law, civil, economic, and administrative law.
- Participants will make their own various documents or legal acts on which they make discussions, deal with different perspectives and reached important conclusions if the form or content of the document.
- The practical aspect is related directly to the formulation of various documents or legal acts from fields of criminal legal, civil, economic and juridical-administrative, such as different legal pleadings, decisions, rulings, judgments, acts accusatory, complaints, criminal charges , various contracts and agreements in the field of civil, economic, commercial, claims, actions and various legal paperwork, etc.
Training participants:
- Law students from public and private universities that have an interest in advancing their practical knowledge of legal field.
- Lawyers who have graduated, who are employed, but need to improve their practical skills of legal field.
- Young lawyers who have graduated and are not employed, but who need to improve their skills from the legal practice in order to be competitive in the labor market.
- Lawyers who have an interest in jurisprudence exam preparation, notary and other professional exams by legal or administrative field.
- Other persons employed in the public or private sector who have an interest in advanced practical skills of legal areas.
The Trainers :
Coaches/Profesors of this training are experts with high theoretical and practical experience that are employed directly in public institutions such as prosecutors, judges, lawyers, senior expert of public administration, etc..
Duration of training:
Training starts on February 7, 2017, and ends on April,4 2017.
Training is held 2 times a week by 2 schools hours.
Training Schedule : Tuesday & Wednesday ( 17:30h - 19:30h )
Next training group will start on March 15, and will end on May,4 2016.
Training Cost :
Total training costs is 200€. The payment of 100 Euros shall be made upfront the registration, while the rest of the payment shall be paid in the beginning of the second module and third module. In this price is included: Practical training materials, about 50 hours of preparatory training practice test. Candidates who complete the training will receive a certificate of completion of training "Legal Practice"

Payment shall be made in TEB Bank, through bank account of the European College of Kosovo no. count: 20-11-0000937177-54, from the date of the announcement until February 5, 2017.
