The Summer School Program organized by the European College of Kosovo and HAMK University has officially started. The Summer School commenced with its main topic “Marketing and Business Communication” and was held in the premises of the European College of Kosovo with the organizational help of HAMK University from 7-11 June 2016, which included 25 participants from public and private institutions in Kosovo.
The lecturers of the program are Prof. Dr. Antti Isoviita from HAMK University, author of more than 60 books in the field of Marketing and with a 30 year experience as a consultant and professor in this field, and also Mr.Lulzim Fushtica from the European College of Kosovo, who has years of experience in the field of Management and Communication in national and international levels.
The opening ceremony was done by the Rector of the European College of Kosovo, Prof. Dr. Ali Bajgora. Present were also representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, consultant of the Minister Mr. Lah Nitaj; and also the deputy ambassador of the Finnish Embassy in Kosovo Mr. Lari Peltonen.
During his speech the consultant of the Minister of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Mr. Lah Nitaj emphasized the importance of joint international activities between university institutions of Kosovo and Finland in order to increase the academic and international inter-university cooperation. He also highlighted the commitment of the Ministry to assist and support the inter-university development process for a higher international education in Kosovo.
The deputy ambassador of the Finnish Embassy in Kosovo Mr. Lari Peltonen also accentuated the significance of this program between these two universities from Kosovo and Finland as a step forward to cooperating in a higher field of university education with the objective of developing other forms of collaboration.
