How to manage time and ourselves? Matrix, the adequate technique, priorities were some of the topics that were discussed on “Time Management” module which is additional module within the training of VCC.
On 12 & 13th of December 2016, within the “Phycology of Negotiations and Sales Techniques” training, has been organized “Time Management” module by z.Lulzim Fushtica. During this module the participants had the chance to discuss and learn more about the techniques and different matrixes about self-management and time management on different situations. Real time scenarios in accordance with their business fields has been very interesting for the participants
